CONGRATULATIONS to the winner of the 2017 Pawtuxet Village Scarecrow Contest. Ballots were collected all month, votes were tallied on Friday, October 27th and in the end, the winners were Lil Mangen and Pam Sheridan, owners of Village Art & Antiques. They will donate their winnings to the Station Fire Memorial Fund.
